- It is your responsibility to follow and acknowledge what's stated in this section. I will expect you to read this document in its entirety and follow what is stated before you commission me or plan on doing business with me in any way. Not following the TOS will get you blocked and blacklisted.

.- BEFORE YOU COMMISSION- Please don’t commission / buy from me if you are financially unstable, in a bad state of mind or aren't sure about my work.- I will not refund anything once it’s been paid for unless I cancel the commission myself due to complications- I am allowed to reject your commission request or offer for any reason I like- If I run into complications while completing your commission, I will let you know ASAP, complications should only delay the commission, I rarely ever cancel commissions but if I do I will send a refund as stated above..

.- WHILE COMMISSIONING

- I only take paypal and kofi- Payment is upfront, if you want to hold payment, I will not work on it until you pay and it will not count as a slot when my commissions open.- If you request too many changes to my sketches and I believe you are doing so maliciously, I will cancel the commission immediately and send a refund.- I will actively update you on your commission, I never take more than 2-3 weeks to finish any commission once it's been started.- You can see the status of your commission’s progress on my trello.
.- MORE...Artwork that you obtain from me regardless of it being a commission or a gift, can be used personally or for stuff like reference sheets, and more, but you MUST tell me if you are using it commercially, as we will discuss complications about it.- You cannot claim my art as yours. If you ever post my artwork of your character, credits MUST be included.- Do not edit my artwork without permission from me. You can resize the artwork or crop it as long as my original art is preserved! (publicly or privately)- You can use art commissioned by me, or gifted by me as a pfp, I don't mind as long as you credit me somewhere noticable.

.- CHARACTERS + DESIGNS- Tradelocks / Tradebacks or anything similar arent really allowed for my designs. If you MUST do so we can discuss complications, but I would rather you not as they are generally problematic.- About commercial use/copyright, you must state upfront before bidding that you plan to use the character commercially, as this will influence the price and we will need to talk beforehand. I only allow commercial use of my designs IF you are buying said design from ME. I do not allow commercial use of my designs that were obtained from a separate user/ second-hand as it involves complications I am just not fit to deal with.- I do not allow co-owns, they are against Toyhouse rules.- Selling my designs for more than their actual worth is prohibited. The worth of a design can only be increased via personal art & paid commissions (based on the price of your commissions). The base worth of my designs should be in the ownership log.- Raffle / freebie designs cannot be sold for anything before you commission art of the character / make your own art of it. Selling any freebies from me without added art will potentially result in a blacklist.- Do not duplicate or delete my characters/designs profiles and art I made of them.- You can change the design of the character you bought, just make sure its at least a little recognizable. If you decide you want to modify/ make changes to my character designs, you must keep the original versions in the profile or just hide them.- If you back out of a bid, do not delete the bid comment. You should message me saying you are backing out so I can notify the previous bidder you have backed out. Only then can you delete your bid comment if you wish to.- You can use my designs for SFW and NSFW, I don’t care as long as you don't show me- You are not allowed to put an adopt of mine on hold if you are financially unstable, as from experience, I do not trust such people to complete their promised holds. This includes users under the age of 16 who cannot prove that they will 100% complete their payment, or users under 18 who manage their own paypal account, as such accounts can get freezed during the payment process-- leading to my time being wasted.- You are only allowed to hold 3 characters maximum.- If you were to make a character private, I would prefer if you would tell me and give me an access key so I can still view and track my design, this is optional- Blocking me while owning a design from me / after buying a design from me will get you put on my blacklist

.- OFFERING+ TRANSACTIONS- I only take payment through paypal, I only ever allow ko-fi if you do not have a paypal account.- Only bid if you can pay 100%, I do not wish to repeat this over and over again, but with how many people who bid and are not able to complete their purchase, violation of this term will give you an immediate spot on my blacklist.- Please let me know if you will be doing a hold or payment plan! Hold/pp rules are usually stated on the bidding profile, and complications will be discussed in dms..

BOUNDARIES- Don't ask to be friends or mutuals, especially if I don't know you or have never interacted with you.- You can use my art as a profile picture only if you credit me properly- Fanart is always appreciated- Don't compare me to other artists- I do not like direct inspiration, I don't mind if you make something similar because you've seen my work before but hadn't used it as a direct reference for yours, but direct inspiration and referencing really bothers me, and I will confront you about it and most likely ask for a removal or apology at the very least, as well as a block if I believe it is necessary.- If you have a problem with me / are concerned with something Always dm me privately about stuff, I will work things out with you if I deem it to be worth my time or important.- If you want to take inspiration on an adopt/design I sold to someone, you must ask me and ask the current owner of the adopt/design if they're okay with inspiration. Do not ask other people to make characters based on my sold designs unless the owner of said design is personally ok with it.- I believe that people don't own colors, but do not color-pick an entire palette off of a design of mine. I don't mind similar color palettes / same colors with a different palette at all, especially if the design looks nothing like mine- Art trades and collabs are for long term mutuals / friends only- Do not ask to ship characters with me if we are not close friends, meaning we talk quite a lot every week, or similar in age....BYI- My workflow can be inconsistent due to school

- I can be edgy, and my content is not suitable for the easily offended and sensitive, I will post stuff like gore or violence that some users will not align with, if you continue to follow me knowing this, don't get upset when my warning proves to be correct- I block freely though I don't do it often, if you want to ask about a block / ask me to unblock you, you can dm me on discord - @ burnasigil - and we can talk from there- My time zone is completely opposite the USA time zones. If i do not respond quickly to a message it's probably because I'm in school or sleeping.
.DNII have no DNI outside of proshippers/profic people,I believe DNIs are useless as people who apply to them will just ignore them anyways, I will just forcibly stop you from interacting with me if I don't like you, plain and simple. Whether that be via a soft-block or a normal block
